Railway Magazines

Magazines offered for sale on this website are in good condition unless otherwise noted. This means, that they have all their pages intact, are not torn and have both covers - unless otherwise specifically noted. Due to their age, some magazines may have dog-eared pages, there might be a crease where there shouldn't be one, there might be a blemish or two, but this will be noted in the write-up as far as possible. N.B. Magazines do not include any free gifts, DvDs, CDs, free booklets, or any other gift attached to the magazine front cover, or that was included in the original plastic wrapping.

Other Products

Other items offered for sale on this website, may be in a second-hand condition, others may be in a brand-new condition. Either way, this will be noted in the listing for the relevant item. All second-hand items offered for sale are in good merchantable condition. Any defects will be noted in the listing for the item.

Methods of Payment

Cheques and postal orders are only acceptable if drawn in Sterling on a United Kingdom bank account.
Overseas payments should be made by way of PayPal.

United Kingdom customers may also use PayPal to make payments.

All United Kingdom cheques and postal orders should be made payable to - Mr. A. Bradley, and should be sent to 83, Granson Way, Lincoln, LN4 1HF.

The name and address of the sender should be written clearly on the reverse of cheques, in BLOCK CAPITAL LETTERS. As cheques can take anything up to seven days to clear, an allowance of at least 14 days should be allowed for delivery of magazines. All goods will remain the property of RailMags until such time as cleared funds have been received. No goods will be dispatched until any cheque payment is cleared at RailMags' bank.

Any postal correspondance or enquiries should be accompanied by a Stamped, Self Addressed Envelope. (SSAE) No SSAE, no reply.

Terms are strictly cash with order, we do not offer any extended payments terms or credit facilities.

Postal Charges

All items are weighed prior to being listed to give an idea of the cost of delivery, however, it will only be an estimate. Postage and packaging is extra and is added at the end of your order depending on how much the magazines you select weigh.

Please Note. We are not responsible for increases in Postal Charges. We have tried to make the purchase of magazines from this website an easy process. However, it is not easy to second guess how the Post Office will let a packet/parcel travel though the postal service and how much they will charge.

Please note - we have tried to set up postal rates for various destinations. UK, USA, Australia, Europe. However, all destinations are subject to current Post Office charges for the destination concerned. Overseas customers can first ask for a shipping quote stating the magazines required (please make sure you enclose the description, order code etc). We will send you an email advising the cost of shipping when the magazines have been weighed at the Post Office.


Refunds

A refund is offered on any purchase, if returned within 14 days of purchase and if it is returned in the same condition as it was when dispatched. Postage and packing and delivery costs are NOT refundable. Any returns are made at purchaser's expense. Return postage and delivery costs are NOT refundable.

Please do not return any goods without first emailing RailMags and obtaining a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN). Please ensure that your RAN is quoted on any packing notes enclosed with returned goods, and also on any other correspondence such as emails or letters.
